"The experience in the IPD, ICU, CCU, etcis extremely poor. Only a few OPD doctors appear competent (specially the old ones). The staff is unresponsive and inattentive, with repeated calls for assistance often ignored. The ICU team, where critical care is vital, is particularly negligent. They even serve 5–6-hour-old food to critical patients, assuming no one will notice, limited nurse staff during the night and they don't care about critical pateints, Overall, the condition is worse than that of an ill-maintained government hospital. If you care for your loved ones, please be cautious before choosing this facility.."
